The second edition of the Raíces de Soberanía Zine is emerging out of the COVID-19 pandemic and the effect it has had on the rural food system in the Netherlands surrounding Wageningen. Interviewing food producers, processors and distributors to unravel their perception of the impact of the pandemic on the food system, what brought us to where we are now, and how they imagine the food system of the future.
The second edition of the Raíces de Soberanía Zine is emerging out of the COVID-19 pandemic and the effect it has had on the rural food system in the Netherlands surrounding Wageningen. Interviewing food producers, processors and distributors to unravel their perception of the impact of the pandemic on the food system, what brought us to where we are now, and how they imagine the food system of the future.
